The Engine was built in 2013 in Tempo Allegria, starting as a small space for a group of passionate CrossFit athletes. What began as a simple pursuit of better fitness quickly evolved into a performance-driven training ground. Over the years, The Engine has grown into a home for some of the Middle East’s most dedicated CrossFit and endurance athletes, shaping competitors
and building on of the strongest communities.
